Feel Good Chair Yoga

Join Rhonda Banner for a relaxing and refreshing 6-week chair yoga class!
Yoga has many benefits, including simply feeling good, de-stressing, learning breathing techniques, enhancing inner peace and wellness, improving balance, flexibility, and coordination, calming the mind, and creating new healthy habits which can be utilized daily – plus making new friends!
No experience necessary. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Each session will be approximately 45 minutes long, followed by a 15-minute cool-down social session.
The suggested love offering is $10 per class (cash preferred), shared with URV. Kindly plan to attend all 6 sessions as each class builds on the previous one.
