Sunday Synergy ~ Forest Bathing with Teruyo Mercer

April 21 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Forest Bathing started in Japan in the 1980s and has since spread worldwide. The concept is rooted in traditional Japanese art and culture.

Forest bathing enhances meditation and elevates one’s connection with nature and the universe. It encourages connection and conversation among participants as they share their experiences, observations, and reactions. It’s a wonderful way to wash away anxiety and stress, without actually getting wet!

Wear comfortable shoes and join us on the Unity of Roanoke Valley rose garden patio, where we will begin our immersion journey. And, as promised, don’t worry – you won’t get wet!
