In this final message of our See No Stranger journey, we explore the sacred labor of pushing and transitioning—the courageous work that carries us from grief into healing, from rupture into reconciliation, from “I can’t” into the quiet strength of our higher self.
Join Rev. Luz this Sunday, October 4th, for this final lesson. Explore with us how to breathe together, wonder together, and imagine what becomes possible when love births us into a new way of being.
Our music this week is by Krystine Smith of Euterpea Fantasy Flute.

The Peace Initiative
What if peace begins when we stop seeing one another as strangers?
This fall, Unity of Roanoke Valley invites you into a three-part Peace Initiative inspired by Valerie Kaur’s See No Stranger and the practice of Revolutionary Love. Through a Sunday talk series beginning September 13, a shared viewing and discussion of the film The Best of Enemies, and culminating with an experiential workshop on October 24, we’ll explore what it means to recognize our shared humanity — even across our deepest differences — and put peace into practice in our own lives.
Three experiences. One journey. The invitation: To choose love over fear, connection over division, and peace over separation.
