We will explore the nature of what A Course in Miracles describes as the experience of the Holy Instant and how it can manifest potentially in meditation and other practices. By meditating on certain passages from the Course and other works, we can hopefully catch glimpses of how spiritual practices can enhance the process of Faith and spiritual development.

From 1977 to 1989, I participated in a Theosophical Society study group and, in 1989, began my study of A Course in Miracles both as a student and facilitator. My wife Debbie and I were members of a Unity Church in South Carolina. I participated as a Board member in that Unity church. I find tremendous potential for spiritual growth in both practical Christianity and A Course in Miracles.
